The Role
PLC invites applications from dynamic, engaging Mathematics educators with General Mathematics teaching experience, for a fixed-term position for Terms 3 & 4 2026.
An earlier start in Week 8 (from Monday 8 June 2026) could also be beneficial, if feasible for the incumbent.
The role requires teaching of General Mathematics (Years 11 & 12) and Mathematics across Years 7-10.
About You
You will be a qualified, experienced Mathematics Teacher, with particular expertise and success in teaching General Mathematics (Years 11 & 12).
You will be confident in guiding, developing and nurturing our students’ love of learning Mathematics. As PLC is a high performing school, you will understand the need for strong classroom practice and the maintenance of high standards amongst our students.
You will also demonstrate the ability to work within and contribute to a team, particularly in the context of planning units of work and related assessments.
